All content provided through the CricketLounge platform — including but not limited to video streams, audio, commentary, graphics, statistics, match data, thumbnails, branding, programming, and all associated media (“Content”) — is the exclusive intellectual property of Intelligent Cricket Limited (“ICL”).

Prohibited Uses

Without the prior written permission of ICL, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, record, capture, rebroadcast or restream any Content.
• Upload or re-upload the Content to YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, X, or any other online platform.
• Redistribute, mirror, embed, or frame the Content on external websites or applications.
• Modify, adapt, remix, or use the Content for derivative works including reaction videos, commentary channels, compilations, or highlights.
• Use the Content for commercial, promotional, sponsorship, or monetised activity.

Enforcement

ICL actively monitors for unauthorised use via automated and manual systems. Breaches may result in:

• Immediate copyright takedown actions
• Platform-level copyright strikes
• Channel or account suspension
• Legal action for damages and injunctive relief

Permitted Uses

The Content may be viewed solely through official CricketLounge channels, authorised embedded players, or approved distribution partners. No rights are granted beyond personal viewing.
